城乡边缘带自然载体安全问题及其应对策略

Problems and countermeasures about the security of physical carrier on ruralurban Fringes

城市自然载体是城市生存与发展的最重要基础,其安全承载力具有极限.城乡边缘带作为城乡连续地域实体中的过渡性和动态性的特殊地带,其自然载体面临特殊的安全问题,因而必须对其作特别的关注,并采取相应的对策;在评述城市自然载体安全的含义和评价的基础上,分析了城乡边缘带自然载体面临的安全问题和成因,提出要实行城乡边缘带自然载体的安全策略,采取兼顾城乡边缘带的城市发展和管理模式,降低人为干扰,提高自然载体的承载力.

Urban physical carrier is the most important basis for urban existence and development, in which there is a limitation on its security. As a carrier on distinctive transitional and dynamic terrain between city and country, the physical carrier of rural-urban fringe confronts special problems on its security. Special attention must be paid to and countermeasures must be taken against such problems. Based on criticizing the meanings and evaluation of the security on urban physical carrier, problems of the security of physical carrier in rural-urban fringe were analyzed. We conclude that the security strategies for the physical carrier must be implemented in rural-urban fringes, and corresponding countermeasures must be taken, including the modes of urban growth and management taking the fringes in consideration, decreasing disturbance from mankind, and increasing the carrying ability of the physical caMer.
