鱼胆中毒15例临床分析

目的研究鱼胆中毒的临床特征及治疗,加深对鱼胆中毒造成各器官功能损害的认识。方法回顾分析15例鱼胆中毒的临床表现,实验室检查,并进行研究。结果鱼胆中毒可累及全身器官,受损的严重程度依次为肾、肝、心脏和胃肠道。结论鱼胆中毒主要死因为急性肾功能衰竭。早期应用肾上腺皮质激素,必要时做血液透析能改善中毒症状。

Objective To study the clinical feature and treatment ,we can enlarge the knowledge about multiple organ dysfunction caused by fish bile poisoning. Methods To investigate the clinical signs and lab examinations .Results Fish gall bladder poisoning affected not only the kidney ,but also the liver heart and gastrointestinal tract in turn ,Conclusions Fish gall bladder poisoning accounts for the most mortality due to acute renal failure （ARF） .To use Dexamethasonum earlier and hemodialysis if necessary is useful for removal of fish gall bladder toxins,
