摘要
目的:评价超声对转移性骨肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:对经临床病理证实的20例转移性骨肿瘤的声像图进行分析。分析内容包括肿块的生长部位、大小、边缘形态、骨质破坏特点、组织回声、血流特点等。结果:超声诊断转移性骨肿瘤直接符合率达80%,利用超声引导穿刺进行组织活检,可提高诊断率。结论:超声对转移性骨肿瘤具有较高的诊断价值,在观察肿瘤对周围组织侵犯情况、血供特点、查找原发灶方面具有优势。
Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of uhrasonography in metastatic tumors of bone,Mthods ： Ultrasonographic characteristics of 20 cases with clinically confirmed metastatic tumors of bone were analyzed, which included tumor＇s location ,size, form in edge, characteristics of destruction of bone, echo and blood flow. Results：The uhrasonographic coincidence rate was 80 %. Ultrasound- guided biopsy improved diagnostis rate. Conclusion： Ultrasound plays an important role in diagnosis of metastatic tumors of bone. It is valuable approach for detecting tumor＇s invasion around regions, blood supply and primary diseases.
