改良Devine手术治疗隐匿型阴茎

Application of Improving Devine Operation to Treat Latent Penis

目的评价改良Devine手术治疗隐匿型阴茎。方法回顾性分析1999年10月～2004年7月其他手术治疗与改良Devine手术治疗隐匿型阴茎病例资料,用χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果改良Devine手术治疗隐匿型阴茎术后3例阴茎回缩,术后阴茎回缩率2.88%。Shiraki术式﹑V-Y术式﹑Devine术式治疗隐匿型阴茎术后阴茎回缩分别为16.67%﹑17.2%﹑11.2%穴P<0.05雪。结论改良Devine手术治疗隐匿型阴茎术后阴茎显露满意,仅3例阴茎回缩,较其他常用术式有显著差异(P<0.05)。

Objective To evaluate efficacy of improving Devine operation in treatment latent penis. Methods Clinical date of improving Devine operation and others operation way were compared during Oct 1999 to Jul 2004 in our hospital in-patient,using X^2 test statistical analysis.Results Three cases appeared penis rebound after improving Devine operation,the rebound rate was 2.88%. But the rebound rate of the penis were 16.67%,17.2% and 11.2% respectively; for shiraki, V-Y and Devine operation ways（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improving Devine operation applies to treat the latent penis, only three cases penis occurred rebound in the postoperation,the majority of the penis have satisfactory figure.So the operation way is superior to other operation methods（P〈0.05）.
