摘要
目的评价上海市全科医师岗位培训远程教育开展状况及其效果。方法对上海市10个区县参加全科医师岗位培训远程教育的687位医师,在结束全部课程后进行问卷调查,用SPSS10.0进行数据分析。结果参加岗位培训的医师年龄较大,学历较低;93.7%的学员认为岗位培训的课程设置合理,85.8%的学员认为培训对其今后工作有很大或较大帮助;学员认为最有帮助的3门课程为“全科医学概论”、“物理诊断与常见症状鉴别诊断”和“内科学”,帮助不大的3门课程为“中医学”、“卫生统计学方法与论文撰写”和“放射诊断学”。结论上海市全科医师岗位培训远程教育的课程设置、培训方式得到了学员的普遍认可,是目前培养全科医学人才的有效方法,但对不同对象的课程设置仍有待完善和改进。
Objective To evaluate the developing condition and effect of distance education in in - service training of general practitioners in Shanghai city. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate 687 students who took part in the training after they finished their curricula in 10 districts in Shanghai. Data were analyzed by SPSS10. 0. Results The average age of the trainees was older and their degrees were lower, 93.7% students thought the arrangement of curriculums was rational, 85.8% of them thought the training was helpful for their future work. Among all the curriculums, “ Introduction of General Practice ”“Physical Diagnostics” and “ Internal Medicine” were most helpful, “ Traditional Chinese Medicine”“Methodology of Health Statistics and Thesis Writing” and “Radiogical Diagnosis Medicine” were most useless. Conclusion Trainees generally accepted the curricular arrangement and training method of distance education in in - service training. At present, the in - service training was an effective way to train general practitioners for the communities in Shanghai. But the curricular arrangement needs to be perfected and improved according to different specialties.
