2型糖尿病患者行为心理的性别分布及其患病的危险因素分析

An Analysis on the Sex Distribution and Risk Factors of Behavior and Mental of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的行为类型、述情障碍、身心障碍、生命质量的性别分布。方法对335名T2DM患者的年龄,性别,文化程度,婚姻,吸烟、饮酒与否,行为类型,职业等进行问卷调查;选取其中98例患者,用述情障碍问卷、康乃尔医学调查表等综合量表进行问卷测试,采集身高、体重等健康指标。用χ2检验分析行为类型、述情障碍、身心障碍、生命质量的性别分布,用统计学方法筛选与糖尿病相关的危险因素。结果不同性格类型、述情障碍、身心障碍、生命质量、体重指数的T2DM患者的性别间差异有显著性意义。结论T2DM患者的行为心理在男、女间是有差异的,年龄、职业、肥胖是T2DM的危险因素。

Objective To study the sex distribution of behavior type, Alexithymia, psychosomatic disorder, life quality on Type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods 335 patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated by questionnaire about their age, sex, culture degree, marriage, height, weight, smoking, alcohol or not, behavior type, occupation, etc.98 people were chosen and tested by Type A behavior form, Alexithymia Scale, Cornell Medical Index, ect. At the same time,the healthy index such as height, weight was collected. The chi - square test was used to analyze the sex distribution of behavior type, Alexithymia, psychosomatic disorder, life quality, and the statistical method was used to select the risk factors related with Type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results There are obvious differences between male and female with Type 2 diabetes mellitus on type A behavior, Alexithymia, mind and body obstacle, life quality, and older age, mental work and obese are the risk factors. Conclusion The sex distribution of Type 2 diabetes mellitus on behavior and mental is obviously different, the age, occupation and obese are the major risk factors of diabetes mellitus.
