D-二聚体在急性脑血管病并下肢深静脉血栓形成时的变化

The Change of D-dimer in Acute Cerebrovascular Disease Complicated with Lower Limb Deep Venous Thrombosis

目的探讨血浆D-二聚体检测在急性脑血管病并发下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)时的临床价值.方法测定100例急性脑血管病患者入院时(A组)、发病第7～30 d的血浆D-二聚体含量(其中100例患者的D-二聚体数值为B组,未并发下肢DVT的为C组,并发下肢DVT的为D组).对其数值进行比较.结果 A、B两组患者血浆D-二聚体含量间差别有显著性意义(P＜0.05).未并发下肢DVT者与并发下肢DVT者其血浆D-二聚体含量间差别有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论血浆D-二聚体的含量可作为判断急性脑血管病并发下肢DVT的一项指标.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of plasm D - dimer in acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with lower limb deep venous thrombosis （DVT）, Methods The plasm D - dimer of 100 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease was measured on the first day in hospital, and all patients were recognized as group A, then divided group A into two groups ： group C complicated with DVT and group B not with DVT, D - dimer of group B and group C were measured in the third or fourth week, The data were analyzed by statistics. Results Ther is difference in D -dimer between group B and group A （P 〈 0.05 ） ; There is difference in D - dimer between complicated lower limb with DVT and non - complicated one （ P 〈 0. 05 ）,Conclusion The measurement of D - dimer can be recognized as a guideline to judge whether patients are in acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with DVT or not.
