摘要
白口铸铁按基体分为铁素体白口铸铁、铁素体-奥氏体白口铸铁、奥氏体白口铸铁、珠光体白口铸铁和马氏体白口铸铁。铁素体白口铸铁的主要缺点是脆性大、易裂,可用来制造输送磷酸料浆的料浆泵过流部件。铁素体-奥氏体白口铸铁的耐腐蚀性能比铁素体白口铸铁高,但成本也较高,主要用于制造磷石膏和脱硫泵的过流部件。ECR奥氏体白口铸铁有良好的耐腐蚀性,一定的耐磨性和良好的韧性,主要用于制造盐浆泵的过流部件。珠光体白口铸铁的硬度较低,加工性能较好,用于砂泵中某些磨损较少的部件。马氏体白口铸铁的显微硬度越高,其耐磨性越好,应根据耐磨性要求选用。
Accordingaustenite white iron,to their matrix structure, the white irons are divided into ferrite white iron, ferriteaustenite white iron, pearlite white iron and martensite white iron. The main disadvantges of the ferrite white iron is high fragility, easy to crack. It can be used for making flowingthrough parts of the slurry pump for conveying phosphorous acid paste. The corrosion resistance of the ferrite-austenie white iron is better than the ferrite white iron, however its cost is also higher. It is used mainly for phosphorus plaster pump and desulphurization pump. ECR austenite white iron has excellent corrosion resistance, some degree wear resistance and good toughness. It is used mainly for making flowingthrough parts of pump for conveying salt paste. The pearlite white iron has lower hardness and good machinability. It is used for making some parts of the sand pump to be worn not severely. The higher is the hardness of martensite white iron, the better its wear resistance, so it should be chosen according to wear resistance requirement.
