FS粉可以取代煤粉作抗粘砂材料,其加入量比煤粉少,可以显著降低型砂的灰分、水分和发气量,提高透气性。FS粉能提高型砂的韧性,提高造型生产率,减少砂眼、粘砂和气孔缺陷,并能改善工作环境。
FS powder can be used as a substitute for coal dust to prevent metal penetration. Its addition amount is less than that of coal dust, so it is possible by using it to reduce ash content, moisture, gas evolution, and improve permeability, increase toughness of molding sand and molding productivity, reduce sand inclusion, metal penetration and gas hole, as well as improve working environment.
