摘要
本文报告了家兔在热环境中吸入两种温度空气时产生的散热效应。结果表明,清醒家兔在温度40℃环境中持续暴露时,气管温度(Tt)、食道温度(Te)和直肠温度(Tr)持续上升。自Tr达42℃至死亡,平均历时75.33±3.15min,在Tr达42℃后吸入20℃空气,Tt显著降低,Te不升高,Tr上升速度减缓,比吸入40℃空气对照组的存活时间平均延长约87min。吸入5℃冷空气,Te和Tt显著降低的同时,阻止了Tr的上升,动物不死亡。提示,在热环境中吸入冷空气能显著增强呼吸的散热效应,预防或延缓热射病的发生有一定作用。
he heat dissipation effect of inspired air of two different temperaturesin rabbits in hot environment was reported in this paper.The resuIts show -ed as follows:The tracheal (Tt),esophageal(Te)and rectal(Tr)tempera-tures were continuously elevated when rabbits were kept in 40℃ environ-ment.The average time interval for the death of rabbit from Tr 42℃ was75.33 ± 3.15min . In rabbits which began to inspire 20℃ air as the Tr roseto 42℃, the Tt decreased markedly,the Te stopped to rise and Tr rose slow-ly,The average survival time of rabbits inspiring 20℃ air was prolonged,nad was 87min longer than that of those inspiring 40℃ air. In rabbitswhich inspired 5℃air when the Tr rose to 42℃,the Tt and Te decreased andTrshowed no rise.There was no death of animals.The results suggestthat in hot environment,inspiration of cool air can markedly enhance re-spiratory heat dissipation,therefore,can be used as a measure to preventor postpone heat stroke.
