锌对鹅免疫器官发育和T淋巴细胞的影响 被引量:7

摘要 试验选用120只1日龄鹅随机分成4组,A组喂以玉米大豆为基础饲粮未加锌的饲料,另三组在基础日粮中添加ZnSO4·H2O,使锌含量分别为40mg/kg(B组),110mg/kg(C组)和2000mg/kg(D组)。分别于15日龄、30日龄和55日龄测定体重以及胸腺、脾脏、腔上囊重量,分离血液淋巴细胞进行α-醋酸萘酯酶染色试验,计算淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率。结果表明,A组和D组免疫器官的生长发育受到影响,其绝对重量和生长指数低于其他组。适当增加锌含量(110mg/kg)能显著增加成熟的T淋巴细胞的数量,提高细胞免疫水平。 120 day-old geese were randomly divided into four groups at random. The first group were fed with Zn-unsupple-mented corn-soybean meal basal diet (group A) and the other three groups were fed with the basal diets supplemented with 40 mg/kg (group B), 110 mg/kg (group C) and 2 000 mg/kg (group D) Zn as reagent grade ZnSO4·H2O, respectively. At 15 days, 30 days, 55 days, the weight of thymus, spleen and bursa of Fabricius, body weight were detected. The isolated lymphocytes were stained by ANAE (α-naphthyl acetate esterase) to identify the mature or active lymphocyte subclass. The growth of immune organs were refrained in group A and D, the absolute weight and growth exponent index of which were lower than the others. Proper Zn level (110mg/kg) can increase the thymus-depedent lymphocytes and promote the cell-mediated immunity obviously.
