米索前列醇与利多卡因联用在人工流产中的应用

目的:探讨减少人工流产综合征的更好的办法。方法:报道我院妇科门诊人工流产的孕妇256例,随机分为三组,分别于人工流产术前给予米索前列醇(Ⅰ组)、利多卡因(Ⅱ组)、米索前列醇和利多卡因联合应用(Ⅲ组),对这些病例进行对照研究。结果:米索前列醇和利多卡因联合应用(Ⅲ组)的有效率为90.7%,显著高于米索前列醇组(Ⅰ组)和利多卡因组(Ⅱ组)。结论:米索前列醇和利多卡因联合应用可显著扩张软化宫颈,缩短手术时间,减少出血量,从而减少人工流产综合征的发生。两者联合应用优于单独应用。

Results The metre rope pure and sharp much card of front row is applied because of alliance （Ⅲ group）is 90.7% efficently, is higher than the metre rope pure group of front row （Ⅰ group） apparently and advantage blocks because of group, （Ⅱ group）. Oonclusion Metre rope pure and sharp much card of front row is applied because of alliance can expand apparently to soften palace Geng, shorten operation time, reduce bleeding to measure, so reduce induced abortion to synthesize solicit occur.
