腹腔镜肠切除围手术期的护理

Peri-operation Nursing of Enterotomy by Celioscope

目的:总结腹腔镜肠切除的护理经验。方法:针对腹腔镜肠切除与传统手术方式的不同提出不同的护理方法,并对术后可能出现的并发症进行预防性处理和监护。结果:患者均顺利度过围手术期,治愈出院。结论:对腹腔镜肠切除术患者细致的护理和监测,可预防和及时处理并发症的发生,使患者安全度过围手术期。

Objective To conclude the nursing experience about enterotomy by celioscope. Methods The different nursing interrenve were carried out according to the difference between the celioscope enterotomy and traditional enterotony and the complication which would be presented postoperation was always monintored and prophylacticly intervenved. Results All the patients were passed through operation and cured finally. Conclusions The careful nursing and monitoring can reduce the complication of celioscope enterotomy and help the patient pass through the peri-operation.
