不同种类和强度的噪声对耳蜗血流的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本文利用激光多谱勒血流计测量了不同种类和强度的噪声对豚鼠耳蜗血流的影响。结果发现,暴露于120dB,1.5kHz纯音中30min后,耳蜗血流明显下降,而强度为ll0dB时,耳蜗血流没有改变。暴露于120dB、110dB中心频率1.5kHz的窄带噪声中30min后耳蜗血流明显下降,而强度为100dB的同样噪声暴露没有引起耳蜗血流的变化。声暴露停止后,耳蜗血流逐渐恢复,但在30min内尚未恢复到暴露前水平。结果提示耳蜗血流下降在声损伤中起一定作用。 he effects of various noises at different intensities on cochlear bloodflow in guinea pigs were investigated with laser Doppler flowmeter, Afterexposure to l.5kHz,120dB pure tone or l.5kHz,110 or l20dB narrow bandnoise for 30 mins,the blood flow of the basaI turn of cochlea decreasedsignificantly,while after exposure to ll0dB pure tone or l00dB narrow bandnoise of l.5kHz for 30 mins the cochlear blood flow was not reduced. After noise exposure,the cochlear blood flow recovered gradually’ but didn’t re一 cover to normal yalue。The resuIt suggested that the reduction of cochlearbIood flow may play some roles in noise-induced acoustic injury。
