摘要
【目的】探讨婴儿抚触及动作训练对正常婴儿生长发育的影响,为是否应从新生儿期抚触训练提供理论依据。【方法】将实验对象分为实验组与对照组,对实验组小儿进行抚触和动作训练,对照组不给任何干预,对两组小儿定期进行体格检查(测量体重、身长、头围)并用盖塞尔量表(Gesell)作发育评估。【结果】①出生后开始进行抚触和动作训练者,实验组各阶段体重、身长均高于对照组。两组前半年体重增值差异有显著性,后半年身长增值差异有非常显著性,而头围则两组非常接近。Gesell测试结果表明实验组6个月适应性、精细动作及个人-社交能区发育商(developmentalquotient,DQ)显著高于对照组,12个月时适应性、精细动作、语言及个人-社交能区DQ均显著高于对照组。②6个月开始进行抚触和动作训练者,实验组12个月体重、身长略大于对照组,两组头围相近。Gesell测试结果,12个月时大运动、语言及个人-社交能区DQ显著高于对照组。【结论】无论从出生开始,还是出生后6个月开始对婴儿进行抚触和动作训练,对婴儿的生长发育均有促进作用。
【Objective】 To explore the effect of massage and motion discipline on growth and development of normal infants. 【Methods】 The subjects were distributed into the experiment group and the control group respectively. The experiment group had received massage and motion discipline. The control group was not trained. Regularly growth and developments of two groups were evaluated. 【Results】 ①The experiment infants who received massage and motion discipline beginning from newborn period were higher in length and body weight than those of the control infants. At the first half year, there was significant difference on the increment of body weight, at the second half year, there was very significant difference on the increment of length,similar on the head circumference between the two groups. At the age of half year,the developmental quotient (DQ) of the experiment group was significant higher than that of the control group on the adaptive behavior, fine motor, personal-social behavior. At the age of 1 year, the DQ of the experiment group was higher than that of the control one on the adaptive behavior, fine motor, language, personal-social behavior. There was significant difference between the two groups. ②For the infants received trainingbeginning from 6-month old, at the age of 12-month, the length and the body weight of the experiment group were slightly higher than those of the control group, while the head circumference was similar to the control group. At the same time, the DQ of the motor, language and personal-social behavior were higher than those of the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups. 【Conclusion】 Both beginning from newborn period and beginning from 6-month old, massage and motion discipline could promote the physical and intelligence development of infant.
