摘要
【目的】探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attentiondeficithyperactivitydisorder,ADHD)儿童在Benton视觉保持测验中(visualretentiontest,VRT)的反应特征,为研究ADHD发病机制提供信息,也为矫治训练提供一定依据。【方法】对52例ADHD儿童和30例正常儿童分别用B、C、D法进行测试及对照研究。【结果】ADHD组的正确得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),具体表现在持续、旋转、位置错误、大小错误次数明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】ADHD儿童存在视觉记忆、视知觉障碍,视动协调困难等特征。
【Objective】 To study the reactive characteristic of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in Benton visual retention test. 【Method】 52 children with ADHD and 30 normal control children were assessed with the methods of B、C and D. 【Results】 The correct score of ADHD children was lower than that of normal controls. The wrong times done by ADHD children were more than those of normal children in preservation, rotation, misplacement and total errors(P〈0.05). 【Conclusion】 There are some damage to visual short-time memory, visual motor coordination in ADHD children.
