MEBT/MEBO for treating burn patients in group and the organization of the treatment

目的:探求MEBT/MEBO组织与救治成批烧伤的系统方法与方案。方法:对1999年-2004年我中心采用MEBT/MEBO救治的4批33例成批烧伤重症病人进行总结性回顾,归纳整理出较为系统的成批烧伤组织与救治措施。结果:本组4批33例成批烧伤重症病人在MEBT/MEBO组织与救治下,共治愈29例,死亡4例,抢救成功率为87.9%。结论:MEBT/MEBO成批烧伤组织与救治的系统方法与方案已经形成且临床效果显著。

Objective： To explore a systematic scheme for the organization of the treatment of burn patients in group using MEBT/MEBO. Method： Four groups of burn patients were treated in our hospital during the period from 1999 to 2004. A retrospective summary was made by systematical review of the treating measures and organization work. Result： 33 severely burned patients in 4 groups were treated. 29 patients were cured and 4 died. The successful rate was 87.9%. Conclusion： A systematic scheme has been worked out for the application of MEBT/MEBO in the rescue of severe burn patients in group. This scheme has produced very good clinical results.
