美宝湿润烧伤膏与波姆光联合治疗慢性宫颈炎

MEBO in assodatkn with infra - red therapy for treating chronic cervidtis

目的:探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与波姆光在慢性宫颈炎联合治疗中的应用价值。方法:将192例慢性宫颈炎病人随机分组,波姆光术后创面均涂2%龙胆紫并喷呋喃西林粉,治疗组术后创面第2天开始应用MEBO(100例),其余92例为对照组。结果:阴道内分泌物异常持续天数,MEBO治疗组14.7±1.8天,对照组为24.9±5.4天,治疗组阴道内分泌物异常持续天数比对照组显著缩短(t=17.845,P<0.001);治疗组1次手术治愈率(100%)显著高于对照组(81.5%)(x2=20.273,P<0.001);对照组有9例术后6天-10天内阴道突然流血,治疗组只有1例发生。结论:MEBO与波姆光在慢性宫颈炎联合治疗,缩短了阴道分泌物异常持续天数,提高了1次手术治愈率,降低了并发症的发生。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of MEBO in association with infra-red therapy in treating chronic cervicitis. Method： 192 cases of chronic cervicitis were divided randomly into treatment and control groups. In treatment group after infra-red therapy, 2% gentian violet was applied locally and furacilin powder was sprayed, 2 days later MEBO was apphed （100 cases） until the patients were cured. The rest of the patients （92 cases） were in control group. Result： In MEBO treatment group, the duration of abnormal excretion in the vagina was 14.7±1.8 days, while in control group, the abnormal excretion in vagina continued for 24.9±5.4 days. The difference between the 2 groups was very significant （t=17.845, P＜0.01）. In treatment group, the curative rate after one therapy was 100%, much higher than that in control group （81.5 %） （X^2=20. 273, P＜0.01）. In Control group, 9 cases had accidental bleeding in vagina and in treatment group only one case had bleeding. Conclusion： MEBO in association with infra-red therapy for treating chronic cervicitis can shorten the time of vagina abnormal excretion, promote one therapy curative rate and reduce complications.
