婴儿和足月胎儿下颌下腺的微血管构筑 被引量:1

摘要 用血管铸型扫描电镜法,观察了婴儿和足月胎儿下颌下腺的微血管构筑。腺泡微动脉自小叶内部行至腺泡周围分成毛细血管网,或穿出小叶至小叶的基底面,沿小叶表面延伸并分成毛细血管网,腺泡毛细血管网排列稀疏。足月胎儿的纹状管周围为毛细血管后微静脉和微静脉交织吻合成的网状微静脉丛。婴儿的纹状管周围为排列密集的毛细血管网。足月胎儿的腺泡毛细血管汇入纹状管周围微静脉丛,婴儿的与纹状管周围毛细血管网相连。小叶间导管周围的微血管分内、外两层:内层为排列密集的毛细血管网;外层为小叶间导管微动脉及其分支和小叶间导管静脉及其属支共同构成的血管丛。小叶间可见静脉-静脉吻合血管。 The microvasculature of human infant and full-term fetus submandibular gland was studied by using scanning electron microscopy on vascular casts. The acinar arterioles run among the acini or on the surface of lobule, and divide into capillary network of acini. The capillary network of acini is loose. The striated ducts of full-term fetus are surrounded by venular plexuses which are formed by postcapillary venules and venules. The striated ducts of infant are surrounded by dense capillary network.The capillaries of acini eventually merge into the venular plexus of striated duct in full-term fetus or continue with the capillary network of striated duct in infant.The periductal microvessels of interlobular ducts can be divided into two layers:the inner layer is dense capillary network and the outer layer is vascular plexus formed by interlobular arterioles and venules. The veno-venous anastomoses were observed in the interlobular vessels.
