宿主因素在慢性丙型肝炎α-干扰素治疗中的影响

摘要
慢性丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的感染是威胁全世界公共健康的一个主要问题。在接受了标准化α-干扰素(IFN-α)或联合利巴韦林的治疗后,仍有相当一部分患者会出现无应答或复发。除了病毒等因素以外,宿主因素也参与影响了IFN-α的治疗效果。本文就相关宿主因素的影响作一简要综述。
