摘要 白细胞介素23(IL-23)是新近发现的一种异二聚体细胞因子,由p19和IL-12的p40亚单位组成,系IL-12家族成员。它主要由活化的树突细胞和巨噬细胞分泌,IL-12Rβ1和IL-23R为其受体。IL-23能促进T细胞的增殖及IFN-γ的产生,具有较强的抗肿瘤活性和抗感染免疫保护功能。
