摘要
应用形态计量学方法,在器官培养条件下,观察了地塞米松对金黄地鼠甲状旁腺超微结构的影响。器官培养2h后,与对照组相比。实验组甲状旁腺主细胞内高尔基复合体发育较差,分泌前颗粒和分泌颗粒数量减少,溶酶体和囊泡样小体增加。器官培养24h后,与对照组相比,实验组甲状旁腺主细胞内高尔基复合体发育较差,分泌前颗粒数量减少,溶酶体和脂滴增加,并可见髓样结构的存在。这些结果提示:在器官培养条件下地塞米松可能对金黄地鼠甲状旁腺的分泌活动有抑制作用。
With morphometrical method,the ultrastructural changes of dexamethasone-treated golden hamster parathyroid gland in organ culture were studied.After 2 hours of organ culture,the parathyroid chief cell in experimental group showed poorly-developed Golgi complex,decreased number of prosecretory granule and secretory granule,and increased number of lysosome and saccular body,compared with the control group.After 24 hours of organ culture,the chief cell in experimental group showed poorly-developed Golgi complex associated with a few prosecretory granules,many lysosomes and lipid droplets,and myelin-figures were found in the cytoplasm,These results suggest that dexamethasone may inhibit the secretory activity of the golden hamster parathyroid gland in organ culture.
