摘要
针对常规PID控制器在线材轧机调速中参数整定不良、运行工况的适应性差等问题,通过对韶关钢铁集团有限公司某厂线材主轧机调速系统的研究,采用Fuzzy-PID调节器设计转速环,应用MATLAB/SIMULIK进行仿真试验,结果表明系统在自适应性、鲁棒性和控制品质等方面均获得了良好的控制效果。
According to the problems that parameters cannot ascertain ideally when common PID regulator is used in line material rolling mill, and bad adaptability of operation, by studying speed governing system of line material rolling mill in a factory of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Group, rotate speed ring is designed by Fuzzy-PID regulator. The simulation test is carried on with the application of MATLAB/SIMULIK. The result indicates the system can obtain good control effect in adaptability, robustness and quality.
