摘要
本文运用虎克定律与弹塑性理论,研究了粉环三种压制方式的致密规律,导出了这三种压制条件下压坯密度与压制压力的理论公式。通过高能电池用MnO2粉环压制实验,证明理论计算与实验结果是一致。
Densification laws of powder ring related to three kinds of pressing processes are studied based on Hooker's law and elastic-plastic theory. And theoretic pressing equations governing pressure and green density are derived. The experiment of pressing MnO2 powder ring of high capacity battery has been done, and the theoretic calculations are accorded with experimental results.
