空气泡沫水泵增压装置钻进工艺在绳钻中的试验研究

摘要 在干旱缺水矿区或漏失地层中钻孔时,可选择水泵增压装置泡沫钻进工艺用于金钢石钻进绳索取心。尤其是当技术套管未下入之前的较浅孔段出现大量漏水情况时,可用该工艺配合原工艺钻过该孔段,下好技术套管隔离后,再换用原工艺继续钻至终孔。采用此法可使钻进的用水量大大减少,降低费用,该法在西部灰岩含煤地层中已得到广泛应用。 While drilling in arid water shortage area or in thief zones, pump pressurized foam drilling technology may used in wire-line coring. Especially when large water leakage happened in shallow part before intermediate casing not yet set may use the technology to drill through the part. Until the intermediate casing is set, original technology can be used again down to the well completion. The technology can slash consumption of water during drilling, thus to reduce drilling costs. This method already widely used in coal-beating strata in western limestone areas
