The software package for off-line processing testing and simulation of governor of hydraulic turbine by Visual C ＋ ＋ can be used to process the data of testing and simulation. Users can get curves and datum will be displayed if they direct to the point on the curves, also the software can be used to calculate the parameter of transient process. And the transient process and the capability of the governor by the software can easily be understood.
