内蒙古典型草原野生草坪草种的收集和栽培试验

Wild turfgrass species collecting and its planting experiments in Inner Mongolia typical grassland

试验对内蒙古典型草原进行了草坪草种质资源调查,经过野外观察采集了20种草种,并进行了盆栽和建坪试验。结果发现,很多野生的草种都是很好的草坪草材料,如苔草属(Carex)和塔草属(Koeleria)的一些草种表现出巨大的潜力。最后提出了我国草坪草种质资源调查和育种工作的一些建议。

Turf industry develops quickly in China. However almost all the seeds depend on importation. So it is important to investigate germplasm resources on wild turfgrass species. In the paper, 20 wild turfgrass species were collected and estimated based on the characteristics. In Inner Mongolia typical grassland and the grasses were transplanted in pots, and their color,leaf width,the time of wilting were recorded. Besides, the seeds （a genus planted together） obtained from the wild were planted in greenhouse in Beijing and their main characteristics as turfgrasses were studied. The results showed that most of the collected wild species were well fit for being turfgrasses, especially Carex L. and Koeleria Pets. Meanwhile, some suggestions were given on the investigation of germplasm resources on wild turfgrasses and their breeding.
