踝舒对急性软组织损伤动物模型组胺影响的实验研究

Experimental study of Huaishu′s effects on histamine in acute soft tissue injury of animal model

目的:通过动物实验,研究踝舒治疗急性软组织损伤的作用机理。方法:将50只家兔随机分为5组,除正常组外,其余4组用打击铁锤在右大腿根部打击至出现细小出血点,30 m in后将踝舒药液均匀涂在受伤处,24 h、72 h后取标本,采用荧光法测量匀浆液中组胺含量。结果:踝舒能显著降低家兔急性软组织损伤后受伤局部组胺含量(P<0.01)。结论:踝舒治疗急性软组织损伤的可能机制是降低受伤局部组胺含量来达到其镇痛、消肿作用。

Objective：Through animal experiment studying the mechanism of Huaishu in treatment of acute soft tissue injury. Methods：50 rabbits were randomly divided into five groups. Except the normal group, other four groups of rabbits were hit in the right buttock by hitting instrument. 30 minutes later, spreading drug on the buttock. 24 hours and 72 hours later, taking the sample, measuring the level of histamine in homogenate liquid of injured part by fluorescent light method. Results： When rabbits＇ soft tissue were injured, Huaishu could obviously reduce the level of histamine in injured part （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The probable mechanism in treatment of acute soft tissue injury is what Huaishu can reduce the level of histamine in injured part ,by this way achieving the action of analgesia and detumescence.
