胰敏降糖汤治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗38例

Yiminjiangtang decoction for type 2 diabetes of insulin resistance:A clinical observation of 38 cases

目的:观察中药复方'胰敏降糖汤'对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者血糖、血脂的影响.方法:胰敏降糖汤煎汤口服,每日1剂,共治疗2～3周.治疗前后酶法检测血糖、血脂含量.结果:治疗38例2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者全部有效,血糖较好控制及理想控制占全部病例的79%;血脂明显下降及恢复正常占71.1%;临床症状均明显改善.结论:胰敏降糖汤不仅能够降低血糖,而且可能存在消除和减少胰岛素抵抗的作用,具有提高胰岛素敏感性,促进其生物效应发挥作用的功能.

Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese drugs Fufang Yiminjiangtang decoction on bloodsugar and blood-lipid in type 2 diabetes of insulin resistance. Methods： Oral a dose of Yiminjiangtang decoction every day for 2 or 3 weeks. The level of blood-sugar and blood-lipid were measured by ELISA before and after treatment. Results： 38 type 2 diabetes patients that were treated were all effective. It was 79% in all cases that blood-sugar was controlled fairly good and ideally. It was 71.1% that blood-lipid decreased prominently and returned to normal. The clinical symptoms of all patients had obvious improvement. Conclusion： Yinminjiangtang decoction not only can decrease the blood-sugar, but also might dispel and reduce insulin resistance. And it has the function that improve insulin sensitivity and promote its biological functions.
