补阳还五汤对早期糖尿病肾病尿ALB、β_2-m的影响

Effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction on ALB and β_2-m in urine early diabetic renopathy

目的:观察补阳还五汤对早期糖尿病肾病尿ALB、β2-m的影响。方法:用补阳还五汤加减配合依那普利等治疗31例患者,设对照组24例给予单纯西医治疗,监测治疗前后两组尿ALB、β2-m的含量变化。结果:治疗组尿ALB、β2-m较对照组明显降低,疗效显著。结论:补阳还五汤对早期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗、预后有积极的意义。

Objective：To observe the effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction on ALB and β2-m in urine early diabetic renopathy. Methods： Use Buyanghuanwu decoction and Yenazepril to treat 31 patients, and set up 24 control patients that only treated by Western medicine. Observed the change of the level of ALB and β2-m in urine before and after treatment. Results： The urinary ALB and β2-m of treating group was prominently lower than one of control group. Conclusion： Buyanghuanwu decoction has positive sense to the treatment and prognosis of patients in early diabetic renopathy.
