摘要
本文比较了使用 Brockenbrought 房间隔穿刺针和导引钢丝穿刺房间隔并成形的结果;比较了使用犬和猪制作 ASD 实验动物模型的结果。研究认为犬由于房间隔位置变异大且面积较小,不适合用作 ASD 受试动物,而小猪由于房间隔位置近似人类,面积较大,且有部分存在未闭的卵圆孔,最适合作 ASD 动物模型。在比较了两种穿刺方法之后认为,猪的卵圆窝较深,用弯曲度可调的导引钢丝作房间隔穿刺工具优于 Brockenbrought 穿刺针,成功率高且不损伤右房壁。使用本方法制作的实验动物模型,实用性强,能真实反应临床状况。
The comparative study of the utilization of Brocherbrought atrial septal punctive needle and atrial septal puncture guide where in making experimental animal ASD on canine and pig were evaluated.The results showed that the bitty pigs were move apt than canine for making ASD animal model on accounts of the formal pocessing the site of a- trial septum simulating that of the human being together with larger surface area and partly with nonclosure of foraman ovale while the latter owing to the greater atrial sept al site vari- ety accompanied by smaller surface area.Furthermore,the deepened position of the pigs foraman ovale fossa was more beneficial for the atrial septal puncture by adjustable flexed guide wide with high successful rate without damage to sight atrial wall than by Brocken- bronght puncture needle.Thus,the formation of the experimental animal model by this method was very practical and also could reflect the real clinical condition.
