头位妊娠产程进展中B超检查的应用及其意义

Application and significance of B ultrasonic in head delivery

目的探讨B超检查在头位妊娠产程中的应用及其意义。方法选择头位妊娠活跃期进展迟缓或停滞的孕妇240例,随机分为观察组与对照组(各120例),观察组用B超确定胎方位,对照组行阴道内检查确定胎方位,然后给予相应处理。对比两组诊断符合情况、剖宫产率、产褥感染率及新生儿窒息率。结果观察组诊断符合情况与对照组相当,剖官产率、产褥感染率及新生儿窒息率均较低(P<0.05)。结论B超检查是产程进展中确定胎方位的较好方法。

Objective To discuss the application and significance of B ultrasonic in head delivery. Methods Two hundred and forty cases of pregnant women with slow courses in delivery were divided into two groups： Observed group of 120 cases checked with B ultrasonic for the fetal position, and comparison group of 120 cases checked with hands. The diagnosis accord rate, caesarean section rate, puerperal infection rate and neonate asphyxia rate of two groups were compared. Results The diagnosis accord rate of two groups had no distinct difference; the caesarean section rate, puerperal infection rate and neonate asphyxia rate of observed group were lower than those of comparison group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion It is a better measure to ensure the fetal position in delivery by using B ultrasonic.
