论我国当前农业财政补贴存在的问题及完善措施

On Necessity of Government Financial Subsidy to Agriculture and Measures to Consummate

农业补贴作为一国政府对本国农业支持与保护政策体系中最主要、最常用的政策工具,在国外用得很普遍,也比较成熟,而这方面我国比较欠缺。本文在对我国当前农业现状论述的基础上,揭示出我国当前财政补贴存在的一些问题,并对完善我国农业财政补贴提出一些建议。

The government financial subsidy to agriculture, which is very popular and successful in overseas, is the main and most popular policy in its support and protection system to agriculture. But China doesn＇t have much experience in this. Based on the discussion for the necessity of government financial subsidy to agriculture and comparison with developed countries, the paper puts forward some advice on how to consummate it.
