On Financial Expenditure Structure in Eastern and Western Areas

本文通过对东西部地区财政支出结构的比较,揭示出西部经济欠发达地区在财政支出方面同东部发达地区的不同之处。提出西部欠发达地区可以借鉴东部地区的科学合理之处改革本地区的不足之处,从而为逐步缩小东西部地区的差距奠定基础。

This paper reveals differences between eastern and western areas through a comparison of financial expenditure structure between the two areas in China. It also suggests that the western area learn lessons from the development of the eastern area to narrow the gap between the two areas.
