摘要 Hilbert-Huang变换是先把时间序列信号用经验模态分解方法分解成不同特征时间尺度的固有模态函数,然后经过Hilbert变换获得频谱的信号处理新方法.介绍了该方法的基本原理,并将Hilbert-Huang变换的能量谱应用于轴承故障诊断,轴承故障实验信号的研究结果表明:Hilbert-Huang变换的能量谱分析方法,能有效地诊断轴承的故障. The main idea of Hilbert - Huang transform is to separate the analyzed signals into components with different time scale, using the empirical mode decomposition. Then the Hilbert transform is applied to each intrinsic mode function. Therefore, the time - frequency distribution is obtained. The basic method is introduced in detail. The energy spectrum is applied in the research of the faults diagnosis of roller bearing. Firstly, the analyzed signals are separated into a series of intrinsic mode function using the empirical mode decomposition. Then, the energy spectrum is applied to the intrinsic mode function. The experimental results show that this method based on Hilbert - Huang transform and energy spectrum can effectively diagnose the faults of roller bearing.
