恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子在临床中的应用

Clinical Value of Detection of Tumor Specific Growth Factor

目的:恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子在临床中的应用。方法:应用恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)试剂盒对随机人群1567例,对照组恶性肿瘤患者99例,进行血清中TSGF含量测定和评估。结果:1567例随机人群中70例含量≥64u/ml,这70例增高人群中有60例非恶性肿瘤病人因有各种特殊原因(包括急性炎症、标本溶血、自身免疫性疾病、结核等),10例是已确诊的恶性肿瘤病人阳性率是0.64%;99例恶性肿瘤病人,阳性83例、阳性率83.8%[1]。结论:TSGF随机人群的阳性率大大低于恶性肿瘤病人,可用以随机人群恶性肿瘤筛查及恶性肿瘤病人的诊断及疗效监测。

Objective： Clinical Value of dectection of tumor specific growth factor （TSGF）. Method： Compared with 1567 general medical examiner group , the serum level for TSGF of 99 patients group of tumor was measured and analysed. Result：Su of the levels of 1567 general medical examiner group, seventy were more than 64 U/ml, but sixty had special reasons （ including of serum hemolysis,acute inflammation, tuberculosis,autoimmunity,etal. ） the TSGF levels of the ten patients of tumor was significantly higher than others the positive rate of general mesical examiner group was O. 64% ;of the level for TSGF of 99 patients group of tumor ,83 were higher than normal level, the positive rate of patients group of tumor was 83.8%. Conclusion：The positive rate for TSGF of patients with tumor is higher than the general medical examiner group very much. The TSGF is valuable to screen the general medical examiner group diagnosis and observe the curative rate of patients with tumor.
