A Study on Innovation of Statistics and Stuff of Statistical Work Troop

统计学理论应与时俱进,开拓创新,包括观念创新、指标创新、方法创新、手段创新;同时,要提高统计工作队伍素质,即建设一支公正、客观的统计信息采集队伍,建设一支精干、有为的统计分析队伍,建设一支协调、统一的统计管理队伍和建设一支廉洁、公正的统计服务和执法队伍。

Chinese economy will further mix together with the world economy after China joined WTO. Then, as the global economy has merged into an organic whole, how can statistics, which is regarded as the basis for making a macroscopic Policy ,reply to WTO？ To solve this problem,I want to take the three different meanings of statistics as the point of departure,set forth the following points of view：l. Statistics data should be combined with the international practice ;2. To establish a high effective contigent of statistical workers;3. Statistical theory should be improved with each passing day,opened up and brought forth new ideas.
