Vulcanizing Kinetics of Epoxided Natural Rubber

对环氧化天然橡胶硫化曲线进行了动力学分析。环氧化天然橡胶硫化过硫期前的硫化过程为3个阶段,可用不同的数学方程分别表示。计算出3个阶段的反应速率常数、反应活化能。

Kinetic analyses of vulcanization curves of epoxided natural rubber （ENR） were carried out. The ENR vulcanization process before overcure period consisted of three stages, which were expressed in three mathematic equations separately. The constants of reaction rates and the activation energies for the three stages were calculated.
