穴位刺激调控法合并氟西汀治疗强迫症

Point Stimulation Combined with Fluoxetine in the Treatment of Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

目的:探讨穴位刺激调控法合并氟西汀治疗强迫症的疗效。方法:60例强迫症患者随机分为研究组与对照组各30例,均采用氟西汀治疗,研究组同时行穴位刺激调控法。采用强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)于治疗前和治疗后2、4、6、8周末时分别评定疗效。结果:治疗结束时2组Y-BOCS评分均显著降低,研究组更明显。结论:穴位刺激调控法合并氟西汀治疗强迫症可以增强疗效,且临床治疗安全。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of point stimulation combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder （OCD）. Methods： Sixty patients with OCD were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The study group was treated with point stimulation combined with fluoxetine, while control group only with fluoxetim. Before and at the 2st, 4th, 6th and 8th week after treatment, the efficacy was measured with Yale-Brown obsessive compulsive scale （Y-BOCS） respectively. Results： The scores of Y-BOCS were all significantly decreased at 8th week after treatment in both two groups. The efficacy of the study group was more satisfactory than that of the control group. Conclusion： Point stimulation combined with fluoxetirn has a superior effectiveness in the treatment of OCD.
