摘要
用光、电镜和组织化学方法研究炔诺酮对妊娠大鼠垂体、卵巢和胎盘的影响.妊娠第7至11天大鼠每日灌服炔诺酮7.8mg/只,于第12天杀动物.实验组13例中有6例为不完全流产,其胎盘比对照组小与蜕膜均有明显淤血现象.7例完全流产标本,胎盘多剥脱并和胚胎穿破蜕膜流落宫腔,着床处充满血液.黄体结构及3β-羟甾脱氢酶无明显变化,血孕酮含量显著下降P<0.05.垂体催乳激素细胞粗面内质网明显增多,促性腺激素细胞分泌颗粒聚积.
The effect of Norethisterone on the pituitary, ovary and placenta of the pregnant rats was studied by light microscopy, electron microscopy and histochemistry techniques. Pregnant rats were fed with Norcthistcrone at the day 7th to llth day by gestation and killed at the 12th day. The results showed that six of the thirteen rats in the experimental group were incompletely aborted with smaller placentas, and hyperemia in the placenta and decidua. The other 7 rats were completely aborted with hemorrhage occuring in the area for embryo implantation. There were no significant differences in the structure of corpus letum and 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, but the level of serum progesteron in the experimental group decreased significantly. Rough endoplasmic reticulum in mammotropic cells of the pituitary increasd. as secretory granules accumulated in gonadotropic cells.
