摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法测定了长治地区3~10个月120具正常胎尸肾上腺内Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg、Cd.Mn的含量,结果经检验6种元素含量均随胎龄增长而减少.其中Cu、Zn差异非常显著(P<0.01).其余各值差异不显著(P>0.05).四个胎龄组6种元素含量比较均为Mg>Fe>Zn>Cu>Cd>Mn.经检验差异均非常显著(P<0.01).
The content of copper, zinc, iron, magnesium, cadmium and manganese in the suprarenal glands of 120 normal fetuses aged 3 -10 months in Changzhi district was determined by means of flame atomic absorption chromatography. The results showed that the content of these elements decreased with fetal age, and the difference in the content of copper and zinc was great (?<0.01). The content of the 6 trace elements in different age groups also showed significant difference (P<0.01). The sequence was as follows: Mg>Fe>Zn>Cu>Cd>Mn.
