解剖了20只狗和70具成尸,结果如下:狗的胃左静脉与脾静脉合成胃脾静脉干,而人的胃左静脉有3种不同归宿;狗有胃十二指肠静脉,人没有;狗的脾静脉通常有2条,而人只有1条;狗的肠系膜后静脉都注入到肠系膜前静脉,而人的肠系膜下静脉有3种不同的回流部位;还有其他区别.
Seventy adult cadavers and 20 dogs were used to make a comparative study of the anatomy of portal vein system between men and dogs. The main differences of components of portal vein system were as follows: 1. In dogs, left gastric vein united with splenic vein to form gastro -splenic trunk, while in men, left gastric vein had 3 different terminations. 2. Dog had gastro-duodenal vein but no such vein was found in men. 3. There were often 2 splenic veins in dogs but man had only one. 4. Posterior mesenteric vein in dog always poured into anterior mesenteric vein while inferior mesenteric vein of man might end itself at 3 different locations.
