摘要
采用ANSYS软件对热风阀阀体进行了模态分析和研究,给出了其前4阶的固有频率和振型。该分析方法和结论为消除阀体的焊接残余应力振动时效工艺提供了理论依据。
It discussed and researches hot breeze valve body modality by making use of ANSYS software and gives it's first four steps' inherent frequency and the form of vibration as well. This analysis methed and its conclusion provides theoretic basis for time effect of vibration technology for eliminating remaining stress of valve body welding.
