摘要
目前传统的产品开发模式已不能满足激烈的市场竞争要求。虚拟设计和并行工程是现代产品设计新型技术,而产品信息模型是虚拟环境下并行设计的基础,在对产品模型信息需求进行分析的基础上,提出了集成产品信息模型并行设计结构框架,阐述了基于STEP标准集成产品信息模型构建过程和具体的实现过程,解决了集成产品模型的多视图表达和产品结构树等关键技术,给出了产品结构树的具体实现算法,最后建立了面向并行设计的集成产品信息模型,并对该信息模型进行了分析评价。
The current product developing technologies can not meet the need of market competition. The product information model is one of elements of concurrent design based on virtual technology. In this paper, on the basis of demand analysis of the integrated product information model, the concurrent design frame of integrated product information model is presented. Then the creation of integrated product information model based on STEP and the implement process is discussed. Then the key technologies are solved such as multview expression and product structure tree, and the realization algorithm of product structure tree is given. In the end, the integrated product information model orientating concurrent design is set up and the model is analyzed and evaluated.
