豚鼠胆囊壁内一氧化氮合成酶神经元的组织化学观察 被引量:1

摘要 使用NADPH—黄递酶组化染色法发现,豚鼠胆囊壁内NADPH—黄递酶阳性神经元多数位于神经节内,少数位于节间束中.神经节内一般有2~3个阳性神经元,偶尔多达10个.在胆囊壁内其总数平均值为213个.从胆囊底部到颈部,神经元数量有增加趋势.节内少数阳性神经元的长突起不伸人节间束,它们或直接投射到相邻神经节的阴性神经元,或终止于血管壁上. Recent studies have proved that the NADPH-diaphorase correlates with neuronal nitric oxide synthase. By using NADPH-diaphorase histochemical method, we found that most of positive neurons were located in the ganglion, and a few of them in the internodal strand. There were 2 - 3 postitive neurons in the gangion, and occasionally as many as 10. The average number of positive neurons in the gall bladder was 213(ranging from 179 to 235). The number of them tended to increase from the fundus to the neck of the gall bladder. Long processes of a few of positive neurons within the ganglion did not extent into the internodal strand. After leaving the ganglia, they projected directly to the negative neurons in the adjacent ganglion, or to the wall of the blood vessel.
