摘要
由于粘胶纤维的生产过程都是在管道和容器内进行,传统的单元控制仪表很难达到控制的目的,而采用集散控制系统(DCS)则可实现粘胶纤维生产过程的自动化控制,并为企业提供准确、及时的数据,为稳定生产、工艺寻优、合理利用能源和降低生产成本提供了手段。
Because the mucilage glue fibre production line is proceeded in piping between containers, the traditional unit control gauge can hardly control. Adoption of gather dispel control system may provide accurate data, produce stability, craft-optimization, reasonable use of energy sources and lower production cost for the business enterprise.
