摘要
用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)法研究了21只仔猪蓝斑向大脑皮质的上行投射.将HRP注入猪缘回、外缘回薛氏回、外薛氏回、冠状回、十字前回和后回后,均在蓝斑核及蓝斑下核内发现标记细胞.结果表明:猪蓝斑投射至广泛的新皮质区.
Ascending cortical projection to the cerebral cortex from the locus coeruleus in the piglets was investigated by retrograde transport of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The results show that the locus coeruleus projects to broad neocortical areas, including the marginal, ectomarginal, sylvian, ectosylvian, coronal, postcruciate and precruciate gyri.
