加压素样神经元在树鼩、大鼠、豚鼠下丘脑视上核的分布与比较 被引量:2

摘要 用免疫组织化学PAP法对加压素样神经元在树鼩下丘脑视上核中的分布进行了观察并同时对比了加压素样神经元在大鼠和豚鼠视上核中的分布情况,结果发现:加压素样神经元在视上核中的分布有较大的种属差异性.在视上核的主体部分,差异主要表现在核团的形状、大小、加压素样神经元的数量、分布形式等方面.在视上核的交叉后部分,加压素样神经元的数量、分布形式、距中线的距离也有较太差异.此外,三种动物视上核所含大、中、小加压素样神经元的比例亦存在种属差异性. The distribution of vasopressin (VP) -like cells in the supraoptic nucleus (SON) of the hypothalamus of tree shrews, rats and guinea pigs was examined by using immunocytochemical PAP technique. The results showed that there were species differences in the distribution of VP-like cells in the SON, which were showed in the from and size of the nucleus and in the number and the distributive pattern of VP-like cells. The distribution of VP-like cells in tree shrew was very special. In the retrochiasmatic part of the SON, the number and distributive pattern of VP-like cells were different. In addition, there were species differences in the percentage of large, medium and small cells in the SON of the three kinds of animals.
