摘要
雄性SD大鼠19只,分为游泳耐力训练组(13只)和对照组(6只).用体视学方法研究耐力训练8周后脊髓前角细胞线粒体超微结构的变化.电镜显示训练组大鼠前角细胞线粒体的数量明显地增多,嵴多而致密,基质电子密度增高.体视学方法测量表明,训练组大鼠前角细胞线粒体体密度和面密度均比对照组的有很显著的增大,P<0.001.实验结果提示:耐力训练对脊髓前角细胞有一定的影响,体视学方法能检测出前角细胞早期的超微结构改变.
Nineteen adult male SD rats were divided into swimming endurance training group (13 rats) and control group (6 rats). The anterior horn cells of spinal cords in lumbar enlargement were examined by using electron microscopical and morphometric methods 8 weeks after swimming endurance training. The results were as follows: (1) There was an increase in the number of cristae and in matrix density of mitochondria in the training group (2) Compared with the control group, the vo -lume density (49.1%) and surface density of mitochondria (48.2%) inreased respectively in the training group. These results show that endurance training in certain degree may have some effect on the anterior horn cells of spinal cord. The early changes of the ultrastructure of the anterior horn cells were also determined by using the point count method.
