摘要
中子活化分析是对微量元素进行检测一种比较好的方法,目前国内尚未见其应用与牙周病组织的检测及研究.作者首次应用该种方法在大型及微型核反应堆中对正常人及慢性牙周炎患者牙周组织中的微量元素进行了多元素的测定及分析,初步研究结果提示:人牙周组织内含有AI, Cu,Co、Ca、Fe、Zn,Mg.Na等20种元素,而慢性牙周炎患者牙周组织中Al,Cu,Cr,Zn,Mg,Na等元素均显示高于正常人的趋向,尤以Cu,Cr,Mg三种微量元素明显高于正常人的含量均值,且有显著性差异.病变组织中有些相关元素含量比值出现失平衡,且Fe/Cu,K/Na比值于正常人统计学处理有显著性差异.故提示牙周病的发生与组织中微量元素的改变有一定的关系.
In this experiment, we first adopted neutron activation analysis to assay the content of trace elements of the connective tissues in normal people and chronic periodontitis patients. The tissues were put into the big size or miniature nuclear reactors. The experimental results indicated that the connective tissues contained over twenty trace elements, such as Cu. Co.Ca, Fe.Zn, Mg.Na etc. and that the content of A I, Cu, Cr, Zn, Mg, Na increased in the connective tissues of chronic periodontitis patients. The average amount of Cu, Cr, Mg were higher than normal people, and the difference was significant. The ratio of contents of relevant elements in connective tissues became imbalanced in periodontitis patients. The ratio of Fe/Cu and K/Na was differented from normal tissues significantly. Our experimental results suggest that periodontitis occurs in connection with the changes of the trace elements and the ocurrence of periodontitis.
